Sensorial Gross Motor Skills also takes place that is supported well by the school's semi-green facilities visible when students get to walk, run, play, and enjoy in the grass, breath fresh air filtered by trees and discover different things around - having fun and learning at the same time.

Earth Day is an annual event celebrated worldwide. Its main goal is to show support in protecting the environment and repairing damages caused by human activity. For almost half a century now, this event has encouraged many to join in demonstrating support for this very relevant goal of, once and for all, saving Mother Earth.

STEPS Special School value its students’ uniqueness and diversity when it comes to the style of their learning. The school does not only stick to one method of learning but tailoring what will effectively meet the need of a child to grow and learn to the best that they can be.

In the previous articles, the school’s provided facilities for sensorial learning were featured and this time, a new area in the school was made to cater students need – the Lights Room.

In STEPS Special School children are being taught and raised in the lens and culture of family. Honoring diversity, appreciating uniqueness, and fostering a sense of belongingness are the things that help the students in taking their steps to become the best versions of themselves.

Children enjoyed looking and walking around our huge garden to find colorful eggs that they painted.

Trường chuyên biệt STEPS giới thiệu đến quý phụ huynh một chương trình mùa hè với những hoạt động vô cùng thú vị như: cắm trại, đi dã ngoại, tham gia các hoạt động làm bánh pizza. Bên cạnh các tiết học ngoại khóa, chương trình hè cũng không thể thiếu các hoạt động học tập và nâng cao sức khỏe như toán, ngôn ngữ và giao tiếp, bơi lội, vận động thô, vận động tinh, mỹ thuật,… Đặc biệt hơn cả là chương trình Cắm trại qua đêm tại trường dành cho các bé từ 9 đến 25 tuổi.

STEPS Special School is excited to offer our 6 weeks summer activities starting June 24 to August 2, 2019 for children aged 2.5- 25 years old, where picnics and activities will be aimed towards the children’s age group. Summer activities will be designed to provide many social experiences, academics, and outings as possible and will include a combination of hands-on and recreational activities. Our summer activities combine learning critical social skills with a fun and engaging experience.

STEPS prepared a short but fun-filled program. Hoops relay were played having the STEPS Kids and Wonderkids mixed to create two groups, together they played with cooperation and collaboration. Face-painting was also done and the students loved putting on colors on their faces that would take them to be someone they wanted to be. The main highlight of the day was the BOUNCY CASTLE. The bouncy castle was chosen because of one, but most important thing, FUN.

     STEPS Special School proudly brings you its first ever annual day camp, and for this year, it highlights love of and in the family in its theme Ohana.

Giác Quan Học là phương pháp chạm đến sự sáng tạo, kết hợp ba khía cạnh: thị giác, thính giác và xúc giác tạo thành một mắt xích quan trọng để giúp giáo viên dễ dàng truyền tải kiến thức đến học sinh. Tại STEPS Special School, Giác Quan Học được lồng ghép rất nhiều trong các tiết học. Thế nên, “SENSORIAL ROOM” là khu vực lớn nhất trong trường chỉ dành riêng cho việc học cảm giác. Khu vực này được thiết kế sáng tạo và chi tiết với đầy đủ các trang thiết bị cũng như dụng cụ học tập cho các em. 

Aside from being used in the movie as an object of magic, sand by nature is a medium that provides avenue for creativity and wonder. That being said, sand is one of the great objects used in enhancing artistic minds to children especially in the special needs set up.

We offer After School Program to help strengthen the body and vestibular function of our student. We believe that in doing this both the teachers and the students will grow strong together
